International Shipping
Hape online store is not open for international shipping outside US at this stage. 
Returns & Defects
Hape will not accept returns from buyer's remorse. All goods are final sale.
Hape will support customers on defects or missing parts. You will need to pass the information of complaints to Hape’s customer service team Customercare@hapetoys.com within ten business days upon the delivery to the end customers. The photo proof of defected products or missing parts will be needed unless the further steps would not be made. 
If you decide to take returns according to your own services policy, the returned items should be directed to your own warehouses or facilities. Hape’s warehouse does not accept the storage requests for this reason.
All invoices will be sent through email. Please provide the email address you want the invoices sent to.
Minimum order value & Free shipping 

Currently we only take the order that is more than $250 value. We offer Free Shipping across the Continental US on all Online Orders over $1000. 

Order Processing Time & Shipping 
All orders are ex-works Milwaukee, WI. 
48 Hour order processing turnaround plus 3-7 business days for transit time. You can check “order status” tabs in the own log in and find out your order progress. Our team will update the shipping information once there is any change on your orders. 
Account Setup

Please register your information through sign in page. Our team will verify your application and grant the access when the verification if complete. 


Hape products are fully compliant to US ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) safety standard and Canadian CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act).

We do not offer the authorization from this site to allow you to resell in Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, target.com, and Walmart.com.
